1. I just purchased the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide, where is my e-mail with downloadable link?
There are 2 ways to download the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide after your purchase:
- Via the thank you page after your purchase.
After you completed the purchase on Paypal, please click “Return to Financial Freedom Challenge.” A thank you page with a downloadable link for the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide will show up. Please click on the link to download.
- Via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address entered on Paypal during checkout.
An e-mail from info@ClinicalResearchAssociateCRA.com should be sent to the e-mail address entered on Paypal during checkout. This e-mail contains a downloadable link for the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide. Please click on this link to download.
Can’t find the email? Please check your spam folder, junk folder, promotions folder, or deleted items folder. Often, the e-mail from info@ClinicalResearchAssociateCRA.com get put into one of these folders by the e-mail provider automatically. This is a common for those who have Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail (Outlook), and similar POP email accounts. These email providers often have an automatic spam filter that hides emails sent from any retail website.
2. Where are the files I downloaded?
If you were not asked to specify a folder (usually on your desktop) when downloading your files, then your PDFs may have been saved to a default “downloads” folder. If you don’t know where this lives in on your hard drive, you can do one of two things:
- Do a search using a keyword from one of the PDF file names
- Download the file again using the link above (ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide can only be downloaded up to 5 times. Also, the download link will expire after 14 days). When you click on the download link, select the ‘Save to disk’ option and save the chapter to a folder on your desktop.
If you have run out of downloads or are still experiencing difficulties, please contact me at info@ClinicalResearchAssociateCRA.com
3. What do I need to read the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide?
ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide is an eBook. What is an eBook? eBooks (or electronic books) are digital files comprised of books specially designed to be read on computer screens or other electronic devices. ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide is readable in PDF format. I can be read using Adobe Reader or other software that will read PDF files. To download Adobe Reader, please visit http://get.adobe.com/reader/
Reading ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide on Adobe Reader or other software will allow you to click and open links embedded in the study guide. This may provide easy access to other resources such as FDA regulations, ICH GCP guideline, etc.
ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide can also be printed and read on paper. However, the embedded links in the study guide will not be clickable on paper printout.
4. Downloading the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide to iPad / iPad Mini / iPhone / iTouch
When using an Apple device, by default the PDF file will open in a web browser (like Safari) or using Preview – while this allows you to view the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide, it does not automatically save a copy.
After opening the guides on your device (iPad, iPad Mini, iPhone, iTouch), you can save a copy into your PDF reader app by tapping the screen – this will prompt you to open and save the file using an app (like Adobe Reader, Goodreader etc).
I recommend using free apps like Adobe Reader or iBooks. Once you have downloaded a PDF reader, you will be able to save the files to your device and then view them without connecting to the internet – this will save you time, money and data charges. Note: ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide can only be downloaded up to 5 times. Also, the download link will expire after 14 days.
An alternative is to download the files to your home computer. You can then e-mail them as an attachment to the e-mail account you have set up on your device. If you ever lose access to your files on your device, you will have access to them as long as you save the e-mail or keep the files saved on your home computer.
5. Using Google Chrome on Apple devices
When using Google Chrome browser on Apple devices, a warning message along the lines of “the link you are trying to access has security risks, and Chrome has blocked your device from viewing the site”, and find that one of your downloads has been used up.
We can assure you that the ES’ SOCRA CCRP Study Guide pose no such risk, and this is an issue of browser compatibility between Google Chrome and Apple device. When this happens, please use another browser to open your download e-mail. Apple-developed Safari browser is recommended on Apple devices.
